Air Command Retro Fit Palm Valve Assembly
Because paper machine guiding failures are destructive and expensive, the Gilbert & Nash Air Command Retrofit Palm Valve Assembly replaces complicated OEM valves with a simple, easy retrofit.
High-speed paper machines create dust, dirt, heat and high moisture. These conditions destroy un-lubricated parts typically found in OEM air valves.
The Air Command Palm Air Valve Assembly uses fewer moving parts. The two most critical Air Command components are immersed in a constant flow of fresh oil to greatly reduce friction and wear.
The air bleed off characteristics are identical to new OEM valves, but will not degrade over time. The Air Command is reliable and constant. No need to replace seals, broken springs and other parts.
Air Command Palm Valve Assembly is designed as an easy retrofit on most air guide mounting stands and in many cases existing mounting hardware can be used.
